Donn serves as the Director of the Institute for Nouthetic Studies and INS Publishing. He is a native Hawkeye and has pastored churches in Iowa and Florida. For 25 years he worked closely with Dr. Jay Adams and now is the steward of Dr. Adams’ legacy by putting his books back into print through Mid-America’s INS Publishing ministry. Donn has been a member of the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors for 30 years and serves as a Fellow supervising counselors who are seeking certification. He has also worked as an EMT and a hub supervisor at UPS. Donn lives joyfully with Sandy, the wife of his youth, in upstate South Carolina, near their four children and 10 precocious grandchildren.
