We’ve all had email trouble, and our team knows it’s important for you to get connected and back to work. If you are having trouble accessing your student, faculty, or staff email account, please contact the Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 901-751-3057. Be sure to provide the team with your full name and student ID number.
Accessing the Internet on Campus
We have established dedicated wifi networks for faculty/staff, students, and visitors.
- Faculty and staff: MABTS-Faculty. User ID and password used to access campus resources.
- Students: MABTS-Student. Student ID and PIN.
All networks are filtered and secured. All students and faculty must comply with the “accepted use” policy found in the Catalog.
Login to the network with the following steps:
1. Select (click) the required network.
2. Input your user Network Access credentials (username and password or pin).
3. Accept the certificate if it appears.
The Help Desk is here to help students, faculty, and staff with their computer or campus technology issues. The Help Desk is staffed by student-professionals with skills to provide basic IT support to the campus community. If you have an unusual or complex issue, it might require more time and attention.
Contacting the Help Desk
In person: The Help Desk is located in the staff wing of the building and is open Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
