Mid-America has been blessed with the ability to assist students in need through friends, alumni, and current faculty, staff and students. Donations received from friends and alumni are generally directed toward scholarships which assist students with tuition, housing, books, and other living expenses. Monies received from faculty, staff and students comprise the Student Benevolence Fund, which helps students and their families with emergency needs. All of these funds are distributed through the Student Aid and Scholarship Committee.
The Student Aid and Scholarship Committee administers the various scholarships and student aid money received by the Seminary. The Director of Campus Life serves as chairman of the Cordova Campus committee, composed of three faculty members, and the VP for Finance and Operations of the Cordova Campus. At the Northeast Branch, the faculty plus the elected student body representative serve as the Student Financial Aid Committee.
There is an application period twice a year when students apply for scholarships (both General and Specific).
Students may fill out scholarship applications to submit; you may also contact the Campus Life Office for applications by e-mailing email@example.com.

Faculty, staff, and students contribute regularly to the Student Benevolence Fund to provide emergency tuition and financial assistance to students.
