Answers in Genesis Free, Live Event Hosted at Mid-America, March 30–31

Mid-America Seminary and College, in association with Answers in Genesis, founded by creationism apologist Dr. Ken Ham, is presenting a free, live event in the Mid-America Chapel on March 30–31, 2022. The event is part of Mid-America’s Christian Scholar Lectures series.

The event features special guest speaker Dr. Andrew Snelling, geologist and author of Earth’s Catastrophic Past: Geology, Creation, and the Flood. Dr. Snelling holds a PhD in geology from the University of Sydney, Australia. He serves as Answers in Genesis’ Director of Research and is the Editor-in-Chief of the online Answers Research Journal. Dr. Snelling is active in research and writes and also speaks on topics such as the Flood, fossils, and the Grand Canyon.

The lecture series includes three sessions:

  • Wednesday, March 30, 11:00 a.m.—Who Is Jesus Christ?: Resolving the Age of the Earth Issue
  • Thursday, March 31, 11:00 a.m.—The Reality for the Genesis Flood
  • Thursday, March 31, 2:00 p.m.—Fossils and Rock Layers: Records for Creation and the Flood
