Welcome home to a gated community of award-winning dorm apartments with unmatched convenience and quality amenities, including plenty of free parking. Student Housing for singles is located in Cordova at 1975 E. Beaman Circle, just west of the Appling Road and Goodlett Farms intersection. The dorms are three-bedroom, newly renovated apartments available in either single or double occupancy in each room. Payment for dormitories is not included in Mid-America student tuition. Monthly dorm rent is paid to the business office. Please consult the 2025–26 Student Supplement and Housing Handbook to learn more about Mid-America Student Housing (MASH).
Three-bedroom Dorm Apartments
Mid-America offers affordable male and female dorm rooms for single undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students. MASH does not offer coed dorms. Each dorm apartment consists of three individual bedrooms and two bathrooms. These three-bedroom units contain one master bedroom and two single bedrooms. Residents renting the master bedroom will utilize a private bathroom connected directly to the master bedroom. Residents living in a single bedroom will utilize a shared bathroom with easy access in the adjoining hallway. Dorm apartments can house up to six students. Single- and double-occupancy pricing is below.
Each unit includes a shared living space, kitchen, a full-size washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, and disposal. The dorm rates also include furniture and utility costs. Internet and cable are not provided.

Dorm Rates
Effective August 1, 2025
Single-Occupancy Master Suite—$750 per month
Double-Occupancy Master Suite—$375 per month
Single-Occupancy Bedroom—$670 per month
Double-Occupancy Bedroom—$335 per month
Rent payment is due the 1st of every month, and a late fee of 10% is added after the 5th of the month.
Dorm student housing is both affordable and conveniently located. Single students may choose to live in single- or double-occupancy as space becomes available.
Registration reminder
Students who have an outstanding balance regarding their dorm rent will not be allowed to register for future classes until the dorm rent balance is current. Additionally, residents must settle their housing accounts to be eligible to graduate. In the event a student owes rent, fees, or other charges for student housing, he or she will not receive a diploma or graduate until their outstanding balance is paid in full.
