Missionary and Commuter Apartments

Mid-America has set aside 6 apartments to be used primarily for state-side missionaries. They are on a first come first serve basis, however, MABTS graduates that are IMB and NAMB missionaries have first opportunity. If there are still open units we will rent them to other MABTS graduates. Please fill out the missionary housing applications according to the length of time you plan to stay. Mid-America has also set aside a unit for commuter students. The commuter apartment at MASH is intended for the use of married and single male students or guests who would like to stay in a furnished apartment on a short term basis. There will be a maximum of 2 individuals in one room, with a total of 6 individuals in the unit.

Commuter Unit Charges:

A per night charge for the Commuter unit; for students, alumni and guests of the seminary.

1. $30 per night for a double occupancy and bathroom

2. $35 per night for a private bedroom with a shared bathroom.

3. $45 per night for a private bed and bathroom.

A non-residential or Doctoral student who comes for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday class would be charged for a 3-4 night stay.

1. $70 for a double occupancy and bathroom

2. $100 for a private bed and shared bathroom

3. $130 for a private bed and bathroom

A non-residential or Doctoral student who needs the apartment for a 5-7 night stay would be charged

1. $130 for a double occupancy and bathroom

2. $160 for a private bed and shared bathroom

3. $190 for a private bed and bathroom

The unit will have cable, wireless internet, and a local phone service with no ability to call long distance.
