Gideon’s 300
The “Gideon’s 300” program was initiated in the Fall of 2002 to provide each alumnus with an opportunity to formalize their plan for giving in such a way as to have the maximum impact in training a new generation of champions for Christ.
The program is designed to achieve several goals:
- Increase interaction between the Seminary family and those alumni who may no longer be actively communicating with our faculty, staff, and other alumni.
- Enhance the institutional credibility and strength of the Seminary by increasing the percentage of alumni who give regularly to the seminary.
- Provide a stronger financial base so that more students can be trained in an academic environment where every professor is an active, soul-winning, Bible-believing, participating member of a local Southern Baptist Church.
We are thankful for our alumni who are committed to the continued financial health of Mid-America Seminary. We appreciate that our alumni believe that the Father still changes lives through the ministry of God-called, Bible-believing, soul-winning servants of our Lord. God bless them for helping send the Gospel “to all the world for Jesus’ sake.”
